1. What We Collect

AiRemindMe collects minimal data to function:

• Reminder text: The phrases you type or speak are sent to our server for AI parsing. We do not store the content of your reminders on our server.
• Device ID: A randomly generated identifier stored in your iCloud Keychain. Used to manage your pattern cache and enforce rate limits. It is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
• Time zone: Your device's IANA time zone identifier (e.g. "Europe/Moscow"), sent with each request so the AI can resolve relative phrases like "tomorrow at noon" correctly.
• Parse patterns: Anonymized parsing templates (e.g., "buy [item] tomorrow" → title extraction rule) are cached on our server to speed up future requests. These do not contain personal information.
• Usage telemetry: Once per day, your app uploads anonymous aggregate counts of parsing outcomes — how many reminders were resolved from local cache, from built-in rules, from the cloud AI, and how many failed. No text content is included; only integer counts per day.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To parse natural language into structured reminders using Google's AI models (Gemma as primary, Gemini as fallback).
• To cache parsing patterns locally and on our server, reducing AI API calls and improving response speed.
• To synchronize your pattern cache across devices (via your anonymous Device ID).
• To aggregate anonymous usage metrics (parse success rates, time zone distribution) for monitoring service health. This data is never linked to your identity.

3. Third-Party Services

• Google AI (Gemma / Gemini): Your reminder text is sent to Google's AI models for parsing. Google's Terms of Service apply. On the free tier, Google may use input/output to improve their services.
• Apple Speech Recognition: Voice input is processed on-device or via Apple's servers, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage

• Reminders: Stored locally on your device only. We never upload your reminders to any server.
• Pattern cache: Stored locally and optionally synced to our server (api.defidance.com) for backup and cross-device access.
• Server location: Hetzner Cloud, Helsinki, Finland (EU).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Deleting the app removes all local data (reminders and cache).
• Server-side pattern cache is retained for 1 year after last sync, then automatically deleted.
• To request immediate deletion of server data, email us at the address below.

6. Children's Privacy

AiRemindMe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Since we only store anonymous pattern cache and a random Device ID, there is no personally identifiable information on our servers.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes.

• ID устройства: Случайно сгенерированный идентификатор в вашем iCloud Keychain. Используется для управления кешем и ограничения запросов. Не привязан к вашему имени, email или Apple ID.
• Часовой пояс: IANA-идентификатор часового пояса вашего устройства (например, "Europe/Moscow"), отправляется с каждым запросом, чтобы ИИ корректно разрешал относительные фразы вроде "завтра в полдень".
• Шаблоны парсинга: Анонимизированные шаблоны (например, "купить [товар] завтра" → правило извлечения) кешируются на сервере для ускорения будущих запросов. Они не содержат личной информации.
• Телеметрия использования: Один раз в день приложение отправляет анонимные суммарные счётчики результатов парсинга — сколько напоминаний было обработано из локального кеша, правилами, через облачный ИИ, и сколько не удалось обработать. Никакого текстового содержимого не передаётся, только целочисленные счётчики по дням.

2. Как мы используем данные

• Для парсинга естественного языка в структурированные напоминания через модели Google AI (Gemma основная, Gemini резервная).
• Для кеширования шаблонов парсинга локально и на сервере.
• Для синхронизации кеша между устройствами (по анонимному ID устройства).
• Для агрегации анонимных метрик использования (успешность парсинга, распределение по часовым поясам) для мониторинга здоровья сервиса. Эти данные никогда не связываются с вашей личностью.

3. Сторонние сервисы

• Google AI (Gemma / Gemini): Текст напоминания отправляется в модели Google AI. Применяются Условия использования Google.
• Apple Speech Recognition: Голосовой ввод обрабатывается на устройстве или серверами Apple.

4. Хранение данных

• Напоминания: Хранятся только локально на вашем устройстве.
• Кеш шаблонов: Локально и опционально на нашем сервере (api.defidance.com).
• Сервер: Hetzner Cloud, Хельсинки, Финляндия (ЕС).

5. Удаление данных

• Удаление приложения удаляет все локальные данные.
• Серверный кеш удаляется через 1 год после последней синхронизации.
• Для немедленного удаления серверных данных напишите на email ниже.

6. Дети

AiRemindMe не предназначен для детей младше 13 лет.

7. Ваши права

По GDPR и применимым законам вы имеете право на доступ, исправление или удаление ваших данных.

8. Изменения

Мы можем обновить эту политику. Дата обновления будет отражать изменения.
